TSA provides screening assistance for those with disabilities or medical conditions. TSA requests that passengers contact them 72 hours before screening to allow them to prepare to accommodate you.

If your flight is within 72 hours, please call TSA Cares (855) 787-2227 to request assistance. TSA Cares assistance is only available for assistance through the screening checkpoint.
If you need assistance during screening, you or your traveling companion may talk to the TSA officer about the best way to complete the screening process. You may inform the TSA officer of your disability or medical condition verbally, by using the TSA Notification Card or by providing medical documentation.

TSA Security can be a challenge on the bset days. If you feel as though the TSA agent assisting you does not have the skills or knowledge to safely screen you, ask for assistance from a supervisor. You can always ask for a private screening room if you are uncomfortable in the open.
