After booking your trip, you should contact Novocure and request a TSA Letter. It will be mailed or e-mailed to you, or you can find this in your Novocure app.
Prior to booking an international trip, contact Novocure to ensure supplies can reach you. Travelling domestically, two weeks before departure, you should contact Novocure to ensure all necessary supplies will be availabel to you.
It is critical that you carry all Optune batteries in your carry on. Passengers cannot check lithium batteries in their checked luggage.
Other than contacting TSA prior to flying, if you don't nee dany extra help in the airport, there is no need to worry about special assistance.
I will help you work directly with the disability office at the cruiseline to ensure that your Optune device can travel safely with you, that you have the correct number of batteries allowed on board, and all of your supplies will be ready, and waiting (if applicable).
